The role
Are you an experienced housing professional? If so, this could be an ideal opportunity for you!
We are looking for a full-time Housing Officer to join our talented and dedicated Housing Services Team.
You will have a key role in delivering a customer focussed service to applicants and tenants, within the Tweeddale area, with duties including allocations, void management, rent arrears, tenancy and estate management.
You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and relevant experience of housing management, preferably with membership or part qualification of the CIH. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computerised rent accounting systems is desirable.
The post requires a flexible, dedicated and highly motivated individual. You should be passionate about ensuring our customers receive only the highest quality service, and innovative in your approach to deliver solutions.
A full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential as the post involves regular travel. Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Standard Disclosure.
We offer a defined contribution pension scheme, hybrid working and flexible working hours.
